The basis of
psychologjictures
is its small, but rapidly expanding collection
of digitalized pictures pertaining to the history of psychology and adjacent
fields. The collection reflects the research interests of its founder, with a
strong emphasis on the history of applied psychology and, more specifically, the
history of psychological testing. Apart from that, it contains many items
regarding such varied topics as psychology’s pioneers, early experimental
psychology, and adjacent disciplines such as phrenology and eugenics.
Furthermore, the collection includes digitalised copies of the picture archives
of the Archives of Dutch Psychology.
Facilities
for online search in the collection are currently under construction.
